The 4th Plenary Meeting of the 8th Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea, held in December, 2021, took important measures to make the socialist rural communities stand on their own and consolidate their economic foundations, on the basis of detailed analysis of the general financial situation of cooperative farms which were under difficult managing conditions.
At the plenary meeting the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un declared a favored measure to completely release cooperative farms from the arrears of state loans as one of the important measures.
The plenary meeting also took important measures to make the state investment and support to improve conditions for their production and cultural life.
The measures were the important ones taken for the socialist rural construction at a time when economy of the country was under difficult conditions and the country was faced with big tasks for socialist construction.
