Saying at the 4th Plenary Meeting of the 8th Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea that it is a consistent policy of the Party and the state to supply school uniforms and things to all pupils and students across the country at the state expense, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un put forward a task of supplying quality uniform and bag of new form to every student and took an important measure of the Party Central Committee for its end.
The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un said that it is the nature and primary duty of revolutionaries to direct the biggest effort of the Party and the state to the children. He said earnestly that it is necessary to produce uniforms with sincerity upholding the intention of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il who regarded it as a policy of the Party and the state to provide uniforms to children with responsibility for the first time in history.
