At the 4th Plenary Meeting of the 8th Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un clarified that special emphasis should be put on farming and building of the people’s flats, thus bearing good fruit in 2022.
Discussing that the entire Party and the whole country should concentrate efforts on the farming, the plenary meeting put forward in detail the methods and measures that the whole country should give manpower and material support to rural areas and that the sector of agriculture should do farming scientifically and technically and introduce farming machines positively.
The plenary meeting discussed that priority should be given to capital construction and living environment of the people should be changed fundamentally in the economy. It took detailed measures to usher in a heyday in the capital city building including the building of 10 000 flats in Pyongyang and open an era when the local areas will change.
