One day Chairman Kim Jong Il visited a hydraulic power station built by an unit of the Korean People’s Army.
The Chairman expressed his great satisfaction while looking round the power station built by the soldiers.
A commanding officer of the unit explained the Chairman that the people came to the reservoir to take a rest while dancing and singing delightfully.
Saying it was quite laudable, the Chairman instructed that the army should serve for the good of the people and the soldiers devote their all to them.
The officer told the Chairman that they were to supply electricity produced in the station to the people, true to the noble intention of the Chairman.
Looking at the officer with an air of satisfaction, the Chairman said that the people would be greatly pleased if they were supplied with electricity and he was very satisfied to meet the officers and men helping the people. The Chairman stressed that the invincible might of the People’s Army hinged on the mutual help between the army and the people.
