One day in August 2019, Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un paid field guidance again to the construction site of the hot-spring tourist area in Yangdok County, South Phyongan Province.
Looking at the Supreme Leader, the builders were much impressed and excited. The Supreme Leader had visited the construction site 4 months ago to show them affection and trust and give them strength and courage.
Making rounds of the construction site for a long time, the Supreme Leader said with pleasure that the Yangdok County Hot Spring Resort is the edifice in which the people-first principle-based architectural idea of the Workers’ Party of Korea is fully embodied, everything serves the people and their demand is met, and if the resort is completed, it will become a cultural recreation ground for the people that a lot of people love to visit. He earnestly called for giving the people the Hot Spring Resort completed on the highest level as a gift by doing the finishing work qualitatively and tactfully, thus starting operation of the resort from December this year.
The officials were moved when they were informed that the Supreme Leader was so eager to give the people the Hot Spring Resort completed wonderfully as soon as possible that he spared precious time and visited the construction site again.
