One winter day, Chairman Kim Jong Il told an official concerned to go to a bus stop in order to have teachers’ advice for the settlement of citizens’ traffic problem.
Getting on a bus together with other queuing people, the Chairman gave ears to the conversation between the bus driver and passengers. He also visited the workers who were repairing buses and listened to their opinion.
That day the Chairman spent much time and came back to his office late at night.
Next day, the Chairman gave the official a document in which the detailed measures were taken to settle the passenger traffic problem.
The official was wrapped in solemn feeling. Looking at him, the Chairman said that those he met on the previous night were the teachers he respected and he just wrote what the teachers thought.
