Someday when he was with officials, Chairman Kim Jong Il said meaningfully that the Party members and working people should perform their duty of the DPRK citizen.
He said that the Party leads the state power to play the role as the protector of the people’s independent rights and the householder responsible for the people’s livelihood and provides every condition for their independent and creative life as required by the developing revolution. He also said that there is no one in the world but the Korean people fully exercise their rights as the citizen and lead happy life thanks to the care of the Party, the leader and the State.
In addition he earnestly said that to struggle by devoting everything for the Party, the leader and the grateful socialist country should be conscience and obligation before legal duty of a citizen.
Conscience and obligation should be before legal duty!
It was a precious teaching that enables the Korean people to live true life and become patriots who have dignity and pride of being the DPRK citizen and devote everything for the Party and the leader and for prosperity of the country.
