It was at midnight in February 2018 when trial run of a new-type trolley bus was conducted in the presence of Kim Jong Un.
Saying that the outward appearance of new-type trolley bus was unable to prove its efficiency, the Supreme Leader boarded the trolley bus and said that he wanted to examine together with the officials concerned the bus concretely with the eyes of the people who would take it whether there was anything insufficient.
He said he felt convenient as if he had been at home and proud and great as it was manufactured by the Korean workers, adding that he would be very glad and satisfied to see the products of self-reliance.
He stressed the need not only to make a new thing but to steadily improve it in a technical way and further perfect and develop its production process.
