    Juche revolutionary theory, the important component of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism is the perfect theory of revolution that gives clear explanation to all theoretical and practical problems in the struggle for independence of the popular masses.

    “By this method (developing a revolutionary theory with the working people at the centre) the Juche idea has made it possible to fully elaborate on the revolutionary theory aimed at realizing independence for the working masses; and it has consummated the revolutionary theories of the working class to include those on national liberation, class emancipation and human freedom, and to be a perfect communist theory of social and natural transformation and human remoulding.”

    The Juche revolutionary theory is the people-centred revolutionary theory that is based on the immortal Juche idea.

    By nature, every revolutionary theory is based on a certain world outlook and proceeds from it. World outlook, the integrated system of view, stand and attitude toward the world is the ideological, theoretical and methodological basis of the revolutionary theory. That is why scientific accuracy and revolutionary character is determined by those of the world outlook, the basis of the revolutionary theory.

    The Juche idea, the basis of the Juche revolutionary theory, is the scientific world outlook that is evolved and systematized with man, the popular masses at the centre. The Juche idea thoroughly reflects the fundamental interest of man, the master of the world, clarifies the essence of the world and the law governing its change and development in relation with man and provides the methodology to solve all problems with man at the centre.

    The Juche revolutionary theory has become the perfect revolutionary theory of the independent era as it considers the immortal Juche idea as the ideological, theoretical and methodological basis and evolves all theories with the popular masses at the centre.

    Unlike the preceding revolutionary theories which were evolved centring on objective material conditions, the Juche revolutionary theory which embodies the Juche idea is the revolutionary theory evolved with the popular masses at the centre and the revolutionary strategy and tactics based on their role. The Juche revolutionary theory clarifies the principle and law of the revolutionary movement centring on the popular masses, the masters of the revolution and construction and explains the strategy and tactics which enable to enhance their creative role to the utmost with their demand and preparedness as the main.

    The Juche revolutionary theory is, indeed, the perfect revolutionary theory in the era of independence as it is the people-centred revolutionary theory that enables to champion and realize independent demand and interest of the popular masses thoroughly and enhance their role to the utmost in the revolution and construction.

    The Juche revolutionary theory is the perfect revolutionary theory that gives comprehensive explanation to the theoretical and practical problems arising in every stage and field for independence of the popular masses.

    The popular masses realize their independence through arduous revolutionary struggle of several stages and complicated construction work. So, in order to become a perfect revolutionary theory, it should clarify comprehensively and perfectly the theory, strategy and tactics for all stages of developing revolution and for all fields of revolution and construction from the period when the masses rose up to the struggle for social liberation to the period when they achieve complete independence. However, people considered in the past that revolution ends if exploitation of man by man is liquidated. It is because they thought that it is the aim of the revolution only to liberate the ruled class from the exploitation and oppression of the ruling class.

    Overcoming the historical limitation of the preceding working-class revolutionary theory which confined itself to explaining the theory of class liberation, the Juche revolutionary theory clarified comprehensively the theories on national liberation, class emancipation and human freedom, the theories of social and natural transformation and human remoulding and the theory on global independence, thus giving perfect scientific explanations to all theoretical and practical problems in the whole process of realizing independence of the popular masses. In particular, the Juche revolutionary theory clarifies the idea of Songun revolution and the theory of Songun politics comprehensively as required by the Songun era and explains scientifically the strategy and tactics for the struggle to build socialism and the powerful socialist country, thus illuminating the most correct road to frustrate the moves of the imperialists and reactionaries and lead to victory the people’s cause of independence, the cause of socialism.
