It means that the organization is the parent body that provides the people with valuable socio-political integrity.
Leader Kim Jong Il said.
“In order to have a deep understanding of the value of the organization, one must consider it in relation to one’s own socio-political integrity.”
Previously, the value of the organization was emphasized mainly in connection with the need for unity. The revolution requires organizational unity. Only then, can the revolutionary struggle be successful with powerful strength.
In this sense, we can say that the strength of the organization is, in effect, the strength of unity and that unity is the source of strength for revolutionaries and guarantee of their victory. But the value of the organization is not just connected with necessity of unity.
In order to have a deep understanding of the value of the organization, one must consider it in relation to one’s own socio-political integrity.
Only when people regard the party organization and the socio-political organism led by the Party as the parent body, can they be integrated into a socio-political organism with the leader at the centre and enjoy worthwhile life with precious socio-political integrity.
We refer to the leader as the fatherly leader and the Party as the motherly Party because the Party organization with the leader at its centre and the socio-political organizations led by the Party are the parent body of the socio-political integrity.
The revolutionaries consider it as natural obligation to love and respect their parents. Likewise, people must regard it as right and moral obligation to value the revolutionary organization that gives them political integrity as mothers do and must desire for its consolidation and development, and devotedly fight for it, holding the interests of the organization dearer than their lives.
