Human rights are the sacred rights of a social being who is desirous of living and developing in an independent and creative way and the popular masses embody genuine human rights.

The masses embody genuine human rights as it is the popular masses that claim and materialize the human rights.
The masses of the people means a united social community which centres on working people, due to their common demand for independence and creative activity. The intrinsic demand of man to live and develop independently and creatively is connected directly with the demands of the masses and it is realized through their struggle.
As proved by historic facts, all the rights gained by popular masses in different times were the ones raised by their aspiration and demands and secured through their protracted and bloody struggle.
The rights that failed to be presented by the demands of the masses and materialized through their struggle cannot be the genuine ones.
That the masses of the people embody genuine human rights is related with the fact that only the rights of the masses are the human rights in true sense.
Whether the human rights approved and claimed by a certain class or social group become the genuine ones or not in real sense is defined how they reflect and realize the common demand of a society and demands of an individual.
Demands of the masses, a social community, represent the common demands of society and are accord with those of an individual in social community.
Hence, the human rights raised and realized by the demands of the masses become the genuine human rights that realize the demands of a collective and its individual members.
Reactionary collective is composed of exploiting classes trampling down the independence of the masses and seeking for only interests of an individual. Demands raised by the exploiting classes under the pretext of “human rights” are the counter-human rights ones totally contrary to the common demand of society and suppressing and trampling down the independent demands of an individual.
Exploiting classes are in compatible with the human rights.
