The 9^th Plenary Meeting of the 8^th Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea stressed the idea on establishing more strictly the climate in which each sector and unit of the national economy approaches all issues from the standpoint of the country.

To approach all issues from the standpoint of the country means to think about the interests of the state and the overall development of the country before anything else and examine, calculate and solve everything in line with them.

It is the scientific idea that reflects the essential nature of a socialist state in which all sectors and units have their interests included in the state interests and the prosperity of the country makes individual units develop, and the characteristics of socialist economy, a large-scale economy that is based on collectivism and forms an organism.
