On February 12, 2022 when he delivered a speech at the ground-breaking ceremony of the project for building 10 000 flats in the Hwasong area, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un said that the DPRK builders are worthy creators and proud pioneers, possessed of miraculous strength, who make a new history of prosperity and development in the era of the Workers’ Party Korea.

Kim Jong Un said that a great number of houses and flats in which many people would live through generations were being built and monumental creations symbolic of civilization of the times risen up in places where builders of the major construction units and the service personnel headed.

Kim Jong Un said that, in the gigantic project of construction, vacillation and incompetency are overcome, courage and wisdom displayed, backwardness and stagnation smashed, progress and innovation made and the strength of the DPRK and its people advancing toward the future further solidified. He continued that, in a word, dynamic advance and development of the Republic is proved into a stark entity and everything that hinders it, the subjective and objective challenges, is frustrated completely to lose their effect, thus dealing a devastating blow to hostile forces.

Kim Jong Un declared that it is the change, revolution and victory aspired after by the WPK.
