The destiny of the masses of the people is shaped through the revolution and construction.
That the masses of the people are the masters of the revolution and construction means that they are the masters of their own destiny. That the masses of the people have the power to promote the revolution and construction means that they have the creative strength to shape their destiny.
Therefore, the masses of the people can shape their destiny with success only when they conduct the revolution and construction with their own efforts with the consciousness of being the masters of their own destiny.
