That the revolution is an organized struggle of the popular masses means that it is carried out by the united strength of the awakened and organized popular masses under the guidance of a certain organization.
Revolution does not take place spontaneously and sporadically. Revolution is carried out by the united strength of the awakened and organized popular masses.
The old and reactionary that encroach upon and restrain the independence of the popular masses is maintained by the old and reactionary forces that are interested in the encroachment upon the masses’ independence. In the exploiter class society, the reactionary forces use every mean and way to check the masses’ struggle for independence. In order to defeat the reactionary forces and win victory, the popular masses should be firmly united to struggle.
It is impossible to overthrow the old and reactionary ones and create a new system, a new society only with the unorganized and spontaneous struggle such as individually targeted terrorism and spontaneous struggle.
If the broad masses are conscious of commonness in their class position and interests, awakened with the advanced ideas and united organizationally with common purpose and interests to focus everything on their just purpose, the counterrevolutionary forces cannot check the tendency towards the struggle for independence however desperately they may move.

Process of advancing the revolution is the one to form an organization and expand it.
Organization is progressive people’s group where well-arranged system and order, capable of leading the masses, are established. Even though he is patriotic, he will be weak if he is alone. There may be a low form or a high form of organized struggle according to organization character and organizational standard. But revolutionary struggle is inconceivable without organization.
The highest form of the masses’ organized struggle is carried out by the popular masses that are united into single political force by the revolutionary organization led by the leader.
Only the popular masses that are united as one firmly into the revolutionary organization led by the leader can gain the fundamental goal of the revolution to defend and realize their independence. The masses embark on the true road of revolution for independence only when they have an outstanding leader and become a powerful revolutionary force that is organized under the leadership of the leader.
The organized struggle of the popular masses will be made in the future as well as in the past and at the present. Victory can be achieved in the revolution only by the united strength of the
