Characteristics of Anti-Imperialist, Anti-Feudal Democratic Revolution

The anti-imperialist, anti-feudal, democratic revolution is the revolution of the people in colonial and semi-colonial countries to put an end to the colonial rule and liquidate feudal relations and thus achieve national sovereignty and open up a road to the democratic development of society.
The anti-imperialist, anti-feudal democratic revolution has some characteristics.
Task of anti-imperialist national liberation revolution and the task of anti-feudal democratic revolution are carried out simultaneously in the anti-imperialist, anti-feudal democratic revolution.
The foreign imperialist aggressive forces and landlords, comprador capitalists, traitors to the nation and reactionary bureaucrats who are the objects of the anti-imperialist, anti-feudal democratic revolution are in league with each other with commonness in their interests. Foreign imperialists try to maintain feudal relations in colonial and semi-colonial countries for the sake of their colonial rule, and the landlords and comprador capitalists, national traitors and reactionary bureaucrats conspire with and follow the imperialist aggressive forces so as to secure their privileged position.
That is why the task of anti-imperialist national liberation revolution and the task of anti-feudal democratic revolution are closely related and carried out in a unified way.
The anti-imperialist, anti-feudal democratic revolution is participated by broad masses of patriotic and democratic forces under the leadership of the working class.
In colonial semi-feudal society, broad patriotic and democratic forces including workers, peasants, youth and students, intellectuals, petty-bourgeoisie, conscientious national capitalists and religious men have common interests in opposing foreign imperialist and feudal forces and therefore, they participate in the anti-imperialist, anti-feudal democratic revolution. The most advanced and revolutionary is the working class, the leading class of the revolution.
The anti-imperialist, anti-feudal democratic revolution is the revolution switching over to the socialist revolution.
Social, political and economic preconditions capable of proceeding to the socialist revolution are provided in the process of carrying out the anti-imperialist, anti-feudal democratic revolution.
In the process of carrying out the anti-imperialist, anti-feudal democratic revolution, people’s power representing interests of the broad masses of the people and a new people’s democratic social economic system are established. In particular, working-class party is consolidated and its leadership role enhanced, the broad masses including workers and peasants are awakened with class awareness and firmly rallied around the party so as to build up powerful internal revolutionary forces. Accordingly, the anti-imperialist, anti-feudal democratic revolution switches over to the socialist revolution.
