Approaching the world proceeding from man’s interests means approaching the world in view of making everything in the world serve him better.
The viewpoint and stand towards the world that proceed from man’s interests is to place independent demand and interests of man above others in cognitive and practical activity and to analyze and appreciate value of all things and phenomena with them as criteria.
Man’s all activities to cognize and transform the world and him are always based on appreciating the value of things and phenomena. Value is preciousness and utility of things and phenomena. Objective things and phenomena have values, but the values are judged by man. Preciousness and utility of things and phenomena are decided by how precious and useful they are for man.
Value of things and phenomena can be correctly judged only with the man’s independent demand and interests as a criterion. To correctly judge the value of things and phenomena means accurately assessing whether they are useful for man’s existence and development, and necessary and favourable for man. In other words whether it suits to the man’s independent demand and interests or not becomes the criterion to correctly judge the value of things and phenomena. Man must always place his independent demand and interests before others and judge value of things and phenomena with it as an absolute criterion. Only then, can he select the proper object that suits to his interests and conduct activities to cognize and transform it in a purposeful and conscious manner.
Viewpoint and stand of approaching the world that proceeds from man’s interests is also to deal wit
Man cognizes and transforms the world not for the purpose itself but for the realization of his independent demand and interests. Man judges value of things and phenomena to distinguish the one that conforms to his independent demand and interests from the one that does not and, on its basis, to deal with them in favour of him.
Only when man places his independent demand and interests before others and solves all problems in cognitive and practical activities in conformity with it, he can transform the unfavourable into the favourable and the favourable into the more favourable, thus making everything of the world serve him better and shaping his destiny with success.
It is necessary to approach the world proceeding from man’s interests as man is the master of the world and his interests are most valuable in the world.
Because man is master of the world, he is the most precious being in the world. There are many material beings in the world but man is the only master. The objective material world is the object to be controlled by man and serve him. Therefore man is the most precious being in the world and nothing is more precious than his interests in the world.
The value of things and phenomena can be judged and discussed only by combining with the interests of man, the master of the world. Only things useful for man’s existence and development and necessary and favourable for man have their value.
The basic demand of the viewpoint and stand towards the world that proceeds from man’s interests is to consider it as the top principle to defend man’s independent rights and interests in all activities and subordinate everything in the world to man’s independent aspiration and desire.
