    Establishment and constant development of the moral code to be observed in relations between the leader and the Party, the army and the people in keeping with the nature of socialist society, moral code to be observed in relations between the country and social wealth, moral code to be observed in relations between collective and individual including the public morality to be observed in family life and social collective life and etiquette, and the moral code to be observed between the individuals—these are the major contents of the establishment of socialist morality.

    Next, establishment of socialistic morality is the undertaking to thoroughly embody the socialist morality in all fields of social life.

    The undertaking to thoroughly embody the socialistic morality in all fields of social life is the one to transform and perfect the people and all fields of social life in accordance with the requirements of the socialistic morality. In other word, it is the undertaking to train all members in society to be the perfect persons possessed of noble moral traits and establish the way of socialist moral life in all fields of social life including politics, economy, and culture.
