    Social transformation is creative activity to develop social relations so as to enhance position and role of the popular masses.

    Even after socialist system was established, social transformation is made continuously along with nature harnessing and human remoulding. Only when social transformation is continued even after the establishment of socialist system, can the cause of socialist construction be dynamically hastened by continuously enhancing the masses’ position and role.

    The social transformation to be made after the establishment of socialist system is to steadily improve and perfect social relations to consolidate and develop the socialist ones comprehensively.

    The main task of social transformation after the establishment of socialist system is to eliminate class distinctions between working class and peasantry and realize classless society in accordance with the enhancement of the working people’s ideological and cultural level and the consolidation of material foundations of society. It is also to further consolidate the relations of unity and cohesion based on revolutionary comradeship and obligation among the people and develop political, economic and cultural systems continuously, thus establishing the socialist social relations thoroughly.

    The most important in social transformation is to consolidate and develop political system. Only then, can the party and the state ensure political guidance over the social life and develop the economic and cultural systems.

    Social transformation in socialist system should be done not in the method of changing the old social system but in the way of consolidating and developing the political, economic and cultural systems of socialist society.
