Having a correct view on the purpose of the US “human rights diplomacy” is an important issue in thwarting the imperialists’ “human rights” campaign that threatens independent development of the countries and nations and peace and security of the world at present.
“The progressive countries and peoples of the world should thwart the imperialists’ ‘human rights’ campaign and lay bare the criminal nature of the United States and its vassal forces that has given rise to the worst-ever refugee crisis and their cruel human rights violations.”
The fundamental purpose of the US “human rights diplomacy” is to put all countries of the world under its control on the pretext of “human rights.”
The US formulated the “human rights diplomacy” as an official foreign policy and calmoured for it in the 1970s, and its major end was to collapse the socialist countries from within and tarnish the image of socialism.
This can be explained by the following two persons. American scholar Lorence Shop said that the aim of the US human rights diplomacy is to encourage the heretics of socialism.
Abrams, the US assistant secretary of the State in charge of human rights issue said that human rights quarrel is the one to win public sentiment.
Intoxicated with the collapse of the socialist countries in east Europe with “human rights diplomacy,” the US has further intensified its offensive through “human rights diplomacy” against the anti-imperialist and independent countries, in particular, against the DPRK.
Its purpose is to tarnish the high international authority of the DPRK, to break the world people’s support for and trust in the most superior Korean style socialism and, in the long run, to collapse the ideology and system in the DPRK.
At present, the US inclu
Insisting that there are violations of “human rights” in the anti-imperialist independent countries and resorting to every mean and method including even armed invasion to “settle” them while overlooking and disregarding the human rights issues in its “friendly countries” or “colleagues”—this is the US “human rights diplomacy.”
Such facts clearly show that the main purpose of the US “human rights diplomacy” is not to “improve human rights” of somebody and “promote the international respect of human rights” but to dominate the world with the “human rights” as a weapon.
It is the common task of mankind and the requirement of the times to oppose, reject and thoroughly thwart the US “human rights diplomacy” for world domination.
All countries and the people in the world aspiring after independence should resolutely struggle against the US “human rights diplomacy” that tramples down and obliterates the sovereignty and violates the human rights of other countries and nations while outrageously interfering into the internal affairs of sovereign states under the deceptive signboard of “defending human rights.”
