Among 13 000-odd flood victims who came to Pyongyang in August 2024 thanks to benevolent affection of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, there was a girl from Jagang Province who had her right wrist amputated and an ugly mark of wound on her leg owing to an unexpected accident when she was a kid.
There were several thousand students among the flood victims. A summer school uniform exceptionally was made for the girl with due regard to her who always felt stressed with her artificial hand and ugly mark of wound. She also received medical treatment in Korea General Red Cross Hospital.
