Two Realities Proved Different in Housing Problem

Terraced dwelling houses built on the bank of Pothong River in Pyongyang, the DPRK boast of magnificence and the dwelling houses, built in Songhwa and Hwasong streets, display their own characteristics.

The state provided working people who work with their knowledge, ardent passion and creative efforts with loyalty to the country with these wonderful dwelling houses. All people in the DPRK live without knowing how much their houses cost.

It is the reality of the DPRK where the people-first principle is applied in reality.

Broadcasting the cost of houses traded in an area in the northern part of California, a US media said that the most expensive one is 33 million US dollars and the cheapest one is at least 1.2 million US dollars.

This plainly tells the US reality in which ordinary working people cannot live in good dwelling houses how hard they may work.

It is the US where only a minority of rich people can live in luxury houses.
