A boy, who lost his family and was badly injured due to flood in the northern part of the DPRK, was sent to a hospital for treatment in 2015.

Consultations were held scores of times for him and several difficult operations were conducted in the Rason City Hospital.

The boy used many expensive medicines and tonics sent by the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, and doctors and nurses of the hospital unsparingly devoted to him hundreds of millilitres of their blood and hundred square centimetres of their skin.

Many people in Rason became his parents, brothers and sisters to look after him with devotion.

During his hospital days, the boy received a licence of dwelling newly built under the care of the Workers’ Party of Korea.
