    The revolutionary opera The Flower Girl is a reproduction of an opera which was written by President Kim Il Sung and staged in Wujiazi, northeast China, in autumn in the 1930, the period of the anti-Japanese revolutionary struggle.

     The revolutionary opera The Flower Girl, the human-nature play, depicts the life of heroine Kkotpuni, who had suffered from maltreatment and lived in sorrow, begins to hate the enemy and resist against them in process of her sorrowful life.

     Thanks to the wise leadership of leader Kim Jong Il the revolutionary opera The Flower Girl staged on November 30, 1972 with the presence of President Kim Il Sung.

     The revolutionary opera The Flower Girl was staged in China, Japan, Algeria, Bulgaria, France and several other countries, thus fully demonstrating its ideological and artistic qualities.
