At the meaningful opportunity of having grandly celebrated the 70th anniversary of founding the glorious Workers’ Party of Korea, Mirae Scientists Street, another scenic street of the era of the Workers’ Party has been constructed in Pyongyang.
The whole street that covers apartment houses for thousands of families and over 150 public service amenities has been built in a short period of a year thanks to the initiative and wise leadership of the Marshal Kim Jong Un and by dint of soldiers and people who firmly believe and support the Party.
The monumental structure of the Songun era which has sprung up displaying our Party’s idea of attaching importance to science and talents and might of the socialist Korea is a benevolent gift the Party presents to the educators and scientists.
The construction of Mirae Scientists Street on the picturesque Taedong riverside as if displaying the spirit of great Paektusan nation which is creating the highest quality of civilization at the highest speed is a demonstration of the revolutionary capital Pyongyang which is changing into the centre of Songun culture and a great pleasure and celebration to our soldiers and people who are accelerating the construction of socialist civilized country.
Mirae Scientists Street that covers large-scale tower-shaped and groups of skyscrapers including the track of an electron-shaped 53-storey apartment house and numerous public buildings including the Changgwang Shop, nurseries, kindergartens, schools and several networks of catering and service facilities, resting sites and sports parks is a peculiar styled street of our own which displays the Juche character in combination with national identity, originality and formative and artistic beauty.

Our educators and scientists can now exert all their powers on education and scientific study in the fine houses of Mirae Scientists Street, a model street of Juche-oriented architecture and a scenic one in the era of the Workers’ Party of Korea.
