Seeing the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un who personally commands rescue and evacuation of inhabitants to relieve the last person in the flood-hit area and expresses his resolution to provide the victims with better living conditions in the nearest future while looking round the flood-hit area on a small rubber boat, they shed tears of gratitude and excitement.
