A woman who bore more than three children receives benefits from the state irrespective of length of her service when she is retired. A woman who bore more than two receives benefits of the state in case the length of her service is more than 15 years.

The DPRK grants those women unsparing benefits because it considers it as a patriotic deed and as an important matter related to prospect of the country and nation that women bear many children and bring them up well.
