Chairman Kim Jong Il’s work method is the people-oriented work methods; it identifies mixing with the people and getting inside their minds as the way to rally them behind the Party and persuade them to turn out in the revolution and construction voluntarily; it also requires that stereotyped and set patterns be done away with in order to find creative and practical solutions to all problems. It gives answers to all the problems arising in educating and guiding the masses ranging from the method of mapping out and organizing work to the method of meeting and talking to the people and reasoning them.
Chairman Kim Jong Il’s work method embraces the WPK’s method of guiding the masses and serves as an encyclopedia for the art of revolutionary leadership.
