One April day in 2019, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un visited the construction site of the Yangdok Hot Spring Resort and told the accompanied officials that he decided to look round all sites for major construction projects ahead a large important meeting to be held in April. He said that his visit aimed to personally confirm with responsibility as they were the ones he had promised with the people.
Kim Jong Un told the officials that it was necessary to regard it as their sole pleasure and happiness to shoulder full loads for the people by adding that everything hard and difficult should be done not by anyone but by the officials as it is for the good of the people.
