Secondary general education enables students to acquire basic knowledge of nature and society, form human characters and arm themselves with revolutionary world outlook. Knowledge of nature and society is a ground of world outlook and therefore, it is important to make students get a good secondary general education that gives them basic knowledge on the essence of things and phenomena and on their change and development.
