It was late October one year when service personnel of the Korean People’s Army were stepping up the refurbishing of parks in Pyongyang City after improving the Hapjang and Pothong Rivers.

The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un told commanding officers of the Korean People’s Army that the service personnel should do refurbishing qualitatively in a short span of time without causing any inconvenience to the people.

Kim Jong Un said that he got the People’s Army to undertake the project of refurbishing the parks in Pyongyang City as well as improving of the Hapjang and Pothong Rivers in order to make the People’s Army show its true nature as the people’s army and cement the great army-people unity by doing more good things for the people.
