In May several years ago, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un visited Kyongsang Kindergarten that was newly built.

Looking round the playground of the sun-shining kindergarten, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un told officials that the whole front yard of the kindergarten had been paved with pitch but it was not good to pave the playground with it. He said that, if children fell from swings on such a pitch-paved playground, they might get hurt and therefore it was necessary to create a green area on the playground lest they should get hurt.

In fact, officials were satisfied by thinking that children would not get mud on their shoes even in rainy days as the playground was paved, but no one had considered that children would get hurt if they fell down.

Upholding the benevolent instruction of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, builders removed the pitch pavement by that night.

Later when he visited the kindergarten again, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un saw with satisfaction the children playing lap-fighting on rubber plates laid on the playground and enjoying such amusement facilities as swingboat, airplane-type slide and rocket plane.
