Grasping the damage situation, the Supreme Leader said that the People’s Army soldiers should be mobilized in rehabilitating from damage to provide the people in the afflicted areas with new houses at an early date.
He said that it is the task of top-priority to be carried out with sure by the Party to go among the people and encourage and sincerely help them when they are in trouble and difficulty. Saying that the Party Central Committee should always be with them to share bitters and sweets, he instructed every department of the Party Central Committee to get engaged in the rehabilitation from damage.
The Supreme Leader visited several parts of the country hit by typhoon in August and September 2020 to take measures to clean the people’s pain and provide them with houses.
