Essential Difference between Actions of Law in Society and Nature

Society has a peculiar law that is different from the one in nature and there is essential difference between actions of law in society and nature.

Nature has a law that acts spontaneously irrespective of man’s activities.

It is a law of nature that spring comes after winter. Such lawful change of nature is made irrespective of man’s activities.

However a law in society acts through man’s independent, creative and conscious activities.

It is an invariable law of social development that capitalism ruins and socialism wins. However, the law does not act unless the popular masses wage struggle against capitalism to build socialism.

Since all social laws act through man’s activities, their actions may be smooth, restricted or limited according to how man makes activities.

Process of collapse of capitalist system and establishing socialist system is successful when the people wage positive struggle purposefully and consciously under the leadership of the party and the leader but suffers from failure, turns and twists if they do not have correct leadership nor make independent, creative and conscious activities.
