Transformation and development of the world is, in essence, not the blind and spontaneous one but the one that makes the world serve man.
The world is not changed by itself into the one for man unless he makes volitional action on it. It is changed and developed blindly according to its own objective law.
With the emergence of man and his volitional action on the world, big changes could be brought about in changing and developing it. Since then, it began to be changed into the world that serves man instead of existing or developing on its own.
In this sense, transformation and development of the world is different in principle from change and development of the world.
