This new term explains the position and role of the young people in the DPRK in the revolution and construction.
In his classic works including the talks made with officials on September 13, 2015 when he made field guidance to the Paektusan Hero Youth Power Stations Nos. 1 and 2, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un said that the young people were the reserves, advancing group and wing of the Party.
Its quintessence is that the young people in the DPRK are the powerful force faithful to the Party’s cause and that might of the young people lies in upholding the Party’s leadership.
Reserves are to replenish a certain organization or continue its work to play an active part in the future. Advancing group is to stand guard in the fore, in the rear or on the both sides in order to ensure action or mobility of a main unit. The wing is to guarantee activities of the main unit on both sides. Believing in inexhaustible strength of millions of young people, the Workers’ Party of Korea unfolds a bright blueprint to beat the world and makes the young people stand in front of the advancing rank.
New term Reserves, Advancing Group and Wing of the Party reflects the WPK’s steadfast resolution and intention to accomplish the revolutionary cause of Juche by regarding the young people as heroes of the era and making them stand in front of the general onward march.
