Global independence is an acute and severe struggle between all forces that aspire after independence and the ones that violate and infringe upon independence. If the independent forces are to win victory in the struggle for global independence, it is necessary to correctly understand target of the struggle.
It is impossible to define correctly the target of the struggle for global independence with size, development level and history of a social system or country. History of international relations shows that the force which invades and exploits, oppresses and controls other country and nation is found among capitalist and other countries, big and comparatively small countries.
The only criterion that correctly determines the target of the struggle for global independence is independence, the life and soul of the country and nation. The forces that aim to defend and realize independence become the motive force of the struggle for global independence, whereas the forces, that trample upon independence of other countries and oppress and control other nations and their people, become the target of the struggle for global independence.
