Most superior is the society in which popular masses are the masters of everything.
That popular masses are the masters of everything means that they deal wit
Popular masses are the masters of everything in socialist society.
First of all, popular masses are masters of politics in socialist society.
Politics is a sector that is of decisive significance in social life.
Popular masses can lead social life as masters only when they become masters of politics.
In socialist society popular masses conduct every social life as masters of state power.
In socialist society politics is made thoroughly in conformity with will and demand of popular masses, the masters of politics. Socialist state maps out all policies in conformity with will and demand of popular masses and implements them in accordance with their interest.
Politics in exploiting society cannot be the one for people. In exploiting society politics is, in essence, to realize domination of reactionary ruling class and popular masses are object of politics.
Through history politics in exploiting society has been a monopoly of reactionary dominating class and popular masses have been deprived of their rights and forced all kinds of social inequality as victims of politics due to power and bureaucratic government of ruling class.
In socialist society popular masses are masters of politics and organize and conduct all social life in a unified way in conformity with their will and demand.
In socialist society popular masses not only occupy position of masters in state politics but participate in political life through party organizations and other political organizations as masters.
Popular masses’ will and demand are generalized through political organizations and reflected in policies of party and state. That is why popular masses can exercise right as masters properly only when they participate in political life of party and other organizations.
In the DPRK all members of society are included in certain political organizations and conduct political life to express enough their will and realize it through political organizations.
In the DPRK activities of political organizations are obedient to defending and realizing will, desire and interest of popular masses.
Next, popular masses are masters not only of means of production and all other social wealth but of economic administration.
If popular masses are to be masters of everything, they should become masters not only of politics but of means of production and other social wealth and economic administration.
That popular masses become masters of means of production occupies a very important position in becoming masters of social wealth and economic administration.
Position and role occupied and played by man in economic life is decided by ownership of means of production. Man who possesses means of production has right to administer economy and deal with products.
Capitalist society is based on private ownership, and means of production are monopolized by minority of exploiting class. Exploiting class monopolizes means of production, and therefore, it obeys production and administration to increasing its profit and exploits and oppresses working masses mercilessly.
In capitalist society working masses of people exercise no right in producing, administering and dealing with social wealth because they do not have means of production. In capitalist society they create much material wealth, but they cannot enjoy it nor free from unemployment and poverty.
As a result, hostile contradiction reaches to the extreme between exploiting class who monopolizes means of production and working masses who have not them and phenomena of “the rich get richer and the poor get poorer” are dominant in capitalist society.
In socialist society popular masses not only have the right to develop and administer economy in conformity with their interest but enjoy material wealth they created and lead an independent and creative life to their hearts’ contents because they are masters of means of production.
Like this, socialism is the most superior society in which popular masses are masters of politics and masters of all social wealth and economic administration.
