“An Intrinsic superiority of socialism lies in the fact that under it everything serves the popular masses.”
That everything serves popular masses means that all party and state activities in socialist society are obedient to providing the masses with genuine freedom and rights, abundant and civilized life.
In capitalist society state is not responsible for people’s life and working masses of people are deprived of their elementary freedom and right and suffer humiliation and insult.
However, in socialist society all party and state activities are subordinated to providing popular masses comprehensively with genuine freedom and rights, independent and creative life that conform to man’s intrinsic demand.
First of all, all party and state activities are subordinated to providing popular masses with genuine freedom and rights in socialist society.
Providing with genuine freedom and rights in a substantial way is important in realizing intrinsic demand of man, the social being.
Independent right is life and soul of man, the social being. Only when he has independent right can he occupy position as master of society and play role as such. If he does not have independent right, he is as same as the dead as a social man though he is alive.
That is why independent right is most precious for social man whose life and soul is independence.
Genuine freedom and right of popular masses are not provided in every society.
They are substantially provided by the guidance and care of party and state in socialist society.
All the activities of the party and the state are subordinated to ensuring freedom and rights for the popular masses in socialist society.
Socialist party and state consider it as a principle to map out lines and policies in reflection of independent aspiration, demand and will of popular masses and carry them through in conformity with their interest. They also provide all members of society with legal and social conditions in which they can participate in state administration and socio-political activities and conduct political and organizational life freely.
As a result, in the socialist society all people enjoy genuine political freedom and rights in a substantial way through socialist political life and glorify their political integrity under collective’s love and trust.
However, popular masses are deprived of their freedom and rights in capitalist society in which their dignity and character are trampled down by privilege and tyranny of capital.
In capitalist society policies are worked out and implemented in accordance with the will of reactionary dominating class and freedom and rights provided only to it. Capitalist class mobilizes reactionary and anti-popular tyrannical mechanism not to make the masses elect their genuine representative. It deceives and bribes masses wit
Popular masses can be provided with genuine freedom and rights only in socialist society.
Next, all party and state activities are subordinated to providing popular masses with abundant and civilized life in socialist society.
It is one of social man’s intrinsic demands and century-long desire of popular masses to lead abundant and civilized life without any worry free from natural subjugation.
Abundant and civilized life conformed to man’s intrinsic demand can be realized wonderfully only in socialist society whose party and state are responsible for people’s living.
Socialist party and state provide people with conditions necessary for food, clothing and housing with responsibility. Socialist society provides all working people with right to work and labour conditions so that they can participate in creative labour for society and themselves according to their ability and talent with stable jobs. It also works out and implements policies so that they can be distributed according to their work done. All people lead a happy life under the care of party and state through social security and insurance system, recuperation and rest system and other popular policies by state expense.
In capitalist society which is based on private ownership and where the principle of jungle law is predominant it is inconceivable for state to take care of people’s living.
Popular masses are maltreated and forced to work hard for profit of capitalists. Material wealth created by them is controlled by capitalists. They are also deprived of right to labour, the elementary right of man, thus increasing the number of jobless people in capitalist society.
In capitalist society majority of working people are still suffering from unemployment and poverty and their position get worse.
Independent and creative life of people can be provided only in socialist society in which all party and state activities are subordinated to providing them with abundant and civilized life.
